DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?
We are glad to provide FREE shipping on your FIRST RETURN for any orders!
But if you voluntarily choose a more expensive delivery method, the expedited delivery fee incurred will not be refunded and will be your personal responsibility.
After your first complementary return, all shipping fees for additional returns are your responsibility.
There are two options for additional returns:
① You can use the shipping label we provided and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fee is $10.
② You can opt to use your own shipping method at your own cost.
In addition, if the item arrives damaged or with quality issues, we will take full responsibility and replace or refund the item free of charge, as well as cover the shipping costs to return the item to us!
REFUNDS
1.We do everything in our power to ensure a speedy refund! You can request a refund by emailing us, we will email you the shipping label of the item to be returned within 1-2 working days, and refund the money within 7 working days of receiving the returned item by the original payment method. If the item is damaged during the return shipping process, we may charge 30-70% depending on the degree of damage.
2.The 4.99$ shipping fee are non-refundable.
3.In addition, if you need to return an item for a refund due to damage upon arrival or other quality issues, please attach a picture of the item (including the damaged or quality part) to the email, and we will refund the full amount (including shipping costs) directly to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
4.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
